Visualizing election data with Jupyter notebooks.

Election-Data

Date: 1932-2014

Election data for Presidental elections and House of Representatives elections. On-years and off-years. Visualizing number of votes cast, and percent of eligible voters.

Apportionment-Data

Date: 1790-2010

Data for apportionment of representatives in the House of Representatives, each decade, when the census takes place. This apportionment is based on the population as determined in the census, and is important because it governs the number of electoral votes.
